Impossible to change AV Criteria or add new Criteria - URGENT !

We are unable from 2 weeks to change, add or completly delete Criteria of Logmein AV.

When we try to change any settings all dialox box not working.

 

Also if we try to add a new criteria we cannot set new option.

 

Support no reply to phone.

 

HELP, now we are forced to uninstall AV

I talk with support (english support) that said to me that is a global Logmein AV problem and they don't know when they will solve.
