You can add a co-organizer to any webinar before the webinar starts when you log in to gotowebinar.com .
What do you mean by "all accounts." I have only one GoTo account, so I can't help you about multiple accounts. You can log in to gotowebinar.com and see a list of your upcoming or past webinars. Clicking an item in the list brings up all the details for that webinar.
For the webinar reports, there is an Analytics section where you can get a report of who has registered for future webinars, who attended past webinars, who has watched a recording of a past webinar, and many other things that I have never cared to look at.
