Last week we scheduled a webinar during the trial and send it to all our customers. Since our trial was up, we converted this to a paid account and now the scheduled webinar is missing.

We have tried to reach you multiple times over the phone, but the waiting times are ridiculous and chat should be online from 8am EST, but it is still not operating.
This webinar is scheduled for May 6th, we need this resolved before this time. The account is operational under the email address (removed by moderator)
