We are in a locked down corporate environment and users cannot join webinars because we do not allow software downloads or installs from end users.
As described in GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting documentation we preinstall now the client via the MSI and enable both GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting in it. But nevertheless users are unable to join the meeting. Using the initation link leads to the download of the "GoToWebinar Opener.exe" which is forbidden. Using the clients "join" feature just ends "non existing meeting id" information.
What is the correct way of joining a webinar in a locked down corporate environment?
