We have sessions where we share pdf files, videos, and images in a significant number of activity breakouts. We do NOT want participants to have access to these materials. However, we DO have certain handouts we want them to be able to access. I'm finding that there is only settings in the library for allowing before, during, and after. If I uncheck all options, then I'm not able to share the item in my activity breakout. Am I missing a setting? I want to be able to allow participants to access a handout but not the materials for the activities.
