What device are you using? laptop

What operating system? Both mac and windows

Is the operating system up to date?
yes
Has this feature worked on this device in the past? we have been using the old account, it was fine there, after buying new account we faced a problem. There no option in settings named Webcam, but it was there on old account.

Have you used webcams on this acount in the past? With the provious account yes, we organized many events succesfully but after buying new licence we faced this prblem
