I've been using GoToWebinar for years. We are an Audio Visual Company and when a customer has a need, we provide them with this platform. I have never been very happy with the default view that the attendee sees. A long time ago, it seemed to be a default to have the presenter image on the middle of the left side with, for example, a PowerPoint presentation large and in the middle. I tinkered so many times in settings areas trying to find a way to make this happen, but never was able to figure it out. A few days ago I participated in a GoToWebinar hosted webinar. Low and behold there was the set-up that I've been trying to get for the longest time. It was clean, the presenter on the left, and the PowerPoint right in the middle. The icons were fancy and so much nicer than what I've seen with GoToWebinar for a long time. I come to find that this is a browser based format. Today, I set-up a couple of webinars to try and find out how to do that. If you are with the company, I would really like to have this set-up on my webinars. I did search a bit and found this is a default for certain computer operating systems and for computers that can't download the app. Please let me know how I can get this view for all of my Webinars. I really need it.
