I've been using the GotoWebinar and Pardot Connector for several years without issue. For my webinar last week, the attendee status never updated after the webinar.
In a support ticket with Salesforce Pardot, here is what they said:
It looks like gotowebinar sent over their error code for what's happening in your account, and this error message is from them: "{"err":429,"category":"Rate limit quota","message":"The API call rate has been exceeded for the minute."}"
I've never had any issues. Any advice?
