HI there - My webinar ran at 11:15 EST this morning. Since then the system says it is "processing" and I cannot download an Attendee Report nor can I view the Poll Results. Is this normal? I'm feeling nervous that this data is lost .... TIA for your help!

I'm not aware of any major disruptions around that time period today. Are you able to clear your cache, reboot and test the website again?
