Materials page url doesn't work

I've just test the materials page URL and it doesn't work. When I try to test the url in another browser or send it in an email it prompts for a login. This is very frustrating. The reason for trying the URL is that trying to download a 22Mb video from the registration page just doesn't want to work for all delegates, besides taking 20 mins to download. This less than 5 mins from Onedrive or Dropbox.

I'm starting to despair....
