I just ran a series of webinars and I've had six people say they attended but in the attendee report it's showing that they didn't attend. The first person to report this, I know this individual and don't think they would lie about attending. It's running across each of the five webinars I ran so it's not isolated to one particular training.

Do you know how each attendee joined your GoToTraining broadcast (Desktop Vs. Mobile App Vs. Telephone only)?
Did any of these participants receive a follow up email from GoToTraining confirming their attendance?
Did they ask any questions or send you chat messages that may have been logged in a report?
