We have just started trialling a new white board, "XP-PEN G640 6x4 inch Drawing Tablet Digital Signature" using MS Whiteboard software. However, as soon as the Presenter uses this, it knocks out her webcam and the only way of getting the web cam back is for the presenter to cancel their session and re-join. Once the webcam gets rendered unusable, the Web Cam pane of the Presenter's GTT Control Panel is also rendered useless, with the commands greyed out. Any advice, please as we'd love to use the webcam and stylus / whiteboard. Thank you.
