We are on the 11-computer annual plan that is to be renewed in October, but we had to downsize to 9 computers. now. Will we get any credits for 2 unused computers? I don't see any changes when I go to plan selection.

I'm afraid we don't have the ability to automatically refund when you downgrade, but you can contact Customer Support by phone to make the downgrade request if you are mid-term in the current agreement.
