We have GoToTraining. When a customer is registering they have questions to answer. These fields only allow them 143 characters (as per your support team) to enter what they need to say. If they enter more than 143 characters the registration will not submit. A message does not come up to let them know they only have 143 characters. What comes up is a message to say 'Enter your answer'
Could the characters allowed be made bigger?
Or could a message come up to inform the registerant that they only have 143 characters?
