How can I download the chat logs from the breakout sessions?
This does not save the chats from the breakout sessions only from the desktop app. This is simply how to save the chat logs from a GTM, GTW, or GTT main session - all of which download automatically based on your preferences.
I need a way to track participant engagement within the breakout sessions - which launch via a browser window. Chat logs do not save and polls cannot be launched. If no tracking is possible, I highly suggest this improvement be made.

Chat logs are not saved in reports, or stored at LogMeIn, so you need to save those to your local desktop PC as the broadcast concludes: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/send-chat-messages-g2w040017
