I ran a breakout during a training session where particpants were already sharing webcams. One of the groups could see - but not hear - people that were not in their breakout, which created a lot of confusion and uncertainty.
Is GTT set up to allow people to share their webcams in breakouts? if so, should I have stopped webcam sharing before putting people into the breakout and told them to turn them on themselves once in the breakout? Or are they only supposed to use audio?
We also had the problem with several particpants being unable to use polling which seems to be a current issue.
Aa s combination of these problems a couple of respondents in the particpant feedback said they thought the platform wasn't very good which I found really disappointing.
