Customizing GoToWebinar Registration Page

GTW has an eBook titled "Insider's Guide to Webinars [Marketing Edition]" that talks about customizing/optimizing registration pages with video, form fields (at the top), and adding contact information, etc. I'm not seeing how to do this inside of GoToWebinar - the customization is minimal. Also no luck with GTW support. Any ideas?

I find it hard to believe that they would be sharing these best practices without having the means to do them inside their platform.

I'm sorry about the confusion with that document and will work with marketing to update it.

Haha!! I've been using GTW for, well, about forever, and the functionality in the registration page has never changed, and believe me, unless there is a version I don't know about, the functionality described on that page on the ebook (which I downloaded and read just to be sure) only exists on my very long wish list.
