@ob-98 I found a related email (not your Community address) that pertained to the same company on an active account, which failed to enter a Last Name when setting up the Organizer account. I've updated this internally to avoid the conflict. Please test the launch of GoToWebinar again and let me know how it goes.

That appears to be a wifi or other Internet blockage at your end. Can you get to websites through a web browser?
