has anyone had the following problem? Receive report answers with scale when it was setup with short answer?
Can you please tell me what happened? Are there other situations like this?
One more thing, I can try to solve this. If I send the follow-up email and ask the customers again to answer the survey will it happen again? How can I be sure? Thanks
