That's Microsoft wondering why you are not using one of their programs to hold your virtual meeting :smileyhappy:
Seriously, Microsoft has lots of places where you can set those pop-ups and reminders. You will have to search for the one that relates to that issue. Some of the reminders will let you set whether you want a visual pop-up and/or a audio pop-up. You might be able to set those independently.
