Can't adjust Question panel column width

For the first time today, I cannot adjust the column widths of any columns in my Questions Panel during a GoToWebinar live webinar. Could something have changed in the latest build? I use GTW multiple times a week and have been a host and administrator for many years. It's honestly not a lack of understanding.

I'm on GoToMeeting 10.10.1 Build 17956. I'm using the installed desktop app on Windows 10 Home, 10.0.18363 Build 18363. I have the Question panel undocked and resized nice and wide. I can re-order columns, re-sort based on column header, and turn columns on and off. I have docked and undocked the panel and turned it off and back on. When I move the mouse over the vertical divider between columns, it changes to the double-arrow resize indicator, but click and drag has no effect. I am not able to log out of the current webinar and reconnect because I am hosting the active event.

Is it just me, or can you reproduce the same problem? It worked perfectly for me on my last event two days ago.

We have identified the issue here, and are working towards a solution. Hopefully we'll have an update available soon.

Is this something that should be recognized in the service status area? Even though not everyone has the need for this but many do. Or maybe a suggestion is a Heads Up! area.... for things that are not really a service outage but more quick things that Tech staff are working to resolve.

Hey folks, this issue should be resolved in GoToWebinar version 10.11.1. Roll out will start next week I believe. Thanks for your patience while we finalize testing of this new software.

Yep. I have had the same behavior in two different GTW accounts (I moderate for different clients), and I'm on a fresh reboot today, just started up a webinar, and see the same thing. Those columns are locked in place! Annoying, but I can work around it. Still, I would love to get the functionality back.

Hi @klmonline Sorry, that does sound glitchy. Are you able to reboot the affected device and test the functionality again in a new webinar?
