Hello,

I'm currently managing the Rescue+Mobile product and would like to encourage all users to freely submit their thoughts on what LogMeIn can do to make it even better! I'm very excited about the smartphone market and how Rescue+Mobile can improve helpdesk productivity and provide an outstanding customer support experience.

i know your probally being inundated with these requests BUT, please help us poor Blackberry users... i miss my logmein.com access.

I second this. I have switched from Windows Mobile to Blackberry and I dearly miss accessing my Logmein Pro home computer from my handheld device. Please make this happen for us!

With today's technological possibility's there should be a way for a support technician to help a customer with there computer from the Tech's smartphone.

I'll explain myself a little better; my suggestion is to allow the Tech to control the customers computer via the mobile browser (i.e... on the iPhone - Safari on the BlackBerry - The BlackBerry Browser or OperaMini) so if he/she is on the road and they need to assist a client, they shouldn't be tied down to a physical computer...
