My guess is that you were trying to use the live site instead of the beta site during the preview period. Now that we have made this functionality generally available I think you should be all set.
I am still having issues - when I connect to the BB and attempt to launch the remote control or display viewing options, I get kicked back to those button options - no BB on screen.
I have BB Curve 8320
v.4.5.0.81
Using Firefox browser (does it need to use IE?)

I have tested this with an 8830 running 4.5. The bb gets to the point where it says: "Connected to Rescue Mobile Gateway. A support representative..." but the logmein console never sees the bb.
rebooted the bb, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. same thing every time.
I see other people have experienced this issue on this forum, but I haven't seen a solution.

When I try it, the phone says, "Connected to Rescue Mobile Gateway. A support representative... shortly", but my LogmeInRescue console never sees the session...
