+Mobile performance for Blackberry

I signed up for the Beta Trial to try the new Blackberry Support. I found it to be very sluggish, but I am going to try again from a faster Internet connection and also with my BB on WiFi to see if it is a bandwidth issue.

Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I also tried the bb mobile support trial.

i'm using a sprint 8830 running 4.5.

I was able to connect to the bb using evdo, but it was so slow I could see the screen, and occasionally press a button remotely.

90% of the time I would hit a button remotely and lose connection, IF I was lucky enough to see the screen. After reconnecting the software on the bb went full screen.

If the software on the bb didn't go full screen every time it reconnected, I might be able to use it, albeit extremely slowly.

As it is, the speed of the connection combined with the software going full screen constantly makes this tool unusable.

I will try with a wifi bb either tomorrow or next week...
