Re: When trying to join a training some attendees were automatically excused and dropped.

This happened to a user today. She had no issues during the first two sessions but cannot join after getting kicked out 15 minutes into a breakout.

Hi Shannon,

Do you know what device the affected Attendee was connected through? If they use the same join link too many times then they can also be blocked from entry as a precaution.
