Out Of Hours Message

Hi, I want to setup an automated message to advise my customers if they try to join the rescue queue outside our office hours that the service is not available.

Some thing to the tune of This service is only available between the Hours of blagh, blagh, blagh.

Any ideas...

Whatever page you create will have to be saved in the Settings tab under the No technician available section. Note that the Settings will need to be changed for each Technician Group and Channel. Give the full URL and when your customer tries to use the calling card either outside of working hours or if no one is logged in, they will be taken to this page.

Apologies, I relaise that this is an old thread but I am looking at doing the same but for Calling Card users. I'm sure there used to be an option for this somewhere int he admin function but I just cannot find it.

The easiest way to do this to to create your own webpage (instead of sending them to logmein123.com) to sign in. LMI Rescue gives you the code to setup your own sign in (login code) field on your own page. There you can make any kind of statements that you wish without haveing to change the internal interface.

If you don't know where to find that code let me know and I will post if for you. It is very easy to do and it works great.
