We have had multiple experiences with audio issues when returning from break outs. When returning to the main session, not everyone rejoins to the same audio connection. It seems that about half of the people can hear each other and the other half can hear each other but each group cannot hear the other group.
It does not seem to be tied to specific break outs either as there are people from any given break out in both groups. We have tried restarting and the quickly ending the break out sessions again and asking those not is the same audio group as the organizer to leave and rejoin the training. Both of those have provided a high rate of resolution but sometimes the problem persists and requires rejoining multiple times.
Please advise of the cause and resolution as soon as possible. This really eats into the time allotted for the trainings.
