I'm sorry if the renewal took you by surprise. Although we cannot manage billing requests through the Community securely, I know there is a UK dial in option listed at the bottom of the countries list here: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-1107395211
