Connecting Google Account for Breakout Sessions

I am unable to connect my Google Account through GTT specifically to utilize the breakout feature. When I click the button to do so, nothing happens.

Can someone help me figure this out? And, if I need to talk to my IT department to unlock security setting, what do I need to tell them so they know what to look for?

@hugheslk08 It's unclear to me what Customer Support did based on the notes from last month.

@DJJtrainer Are you currently an Organizer for a GoToTraining Pro or Plus plan?

Are there any other organizers on the same account who utilize Google Docs with participants?

I wasn't able to do this for a long time and I actually had to contact GTT support. They worked on my account for a few days and then finally it appeared. Not sure what they did on their end.
