Link Timeout

Hi I'm wondering what the timeout is on remote control links emailed to our clients? Is this configurable?

Hi John,

GoToAssist remote client invitations varies depending upon the interface version in use:

The timeout for V4 is 4 hours.
The timeout for V5 is 10 minutes.
