I am experiencing an issue when attendees return from breakout rooms. Attendees cannot unmute themselves and I, as the organizer/presenter encounter an error message when I try to unmute any attendees. The error message tells me that 'too many people are unmuted' - but there is no way that myself or the attendees can unmute.
This is very frustrating and wondered if there is a work-around or something in the session settings that would stop this from happening.
Any support or advice would be gratefully recieved.
