Unattended Computer Shows "The unattended computer is in another session"

I'm the only one using GTA so "in another session" seems rather unlikely.

This has been happening now for a few days without any reason that I can tell.

The computer has been rebooted a few times and this keeps happening.

I wonder if there are any ideas regarding what's going on?
