Terms and Conditions - investigating a move to GTT from Bookeo

I am investigating how suitable it may be for our organisation to move our public booking tool method from Bookeo to GoToTraining for our online classes.

Our customers are primarily Government and typically engage via Purchase orders & Invoicing as opposed to real-time pre-payments.

As such we have the following needs:

The ability to display terms and conditions regards min cancellation periods and refund policy.

The ability to view an audit trail / event history of bookings / cancellations by either the organiser or participant.

Are these currently possible in GTT registration processes?

While GoToTraining does have customization available on the registration pages, GoToWebinar has a bit more flexibility with customized disclaimers: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/add-fields-to-webinar-registration-form-g2w110010

There will also be a history of both active registrations and cancelled.

Feel free to start a trial before you decide.
