I am investigating how suitable it may be for our organisation to move our public booking tool method from Bookeo to GoToTraining for our online classes.
Our customers are primarily Government and typically engage via Purchase orders & Invoicing as opposed to real-time pre-payments.
As such we have the following needs:
The ability to display terms and conditions regards min cancellation periods and refund policy.
The ability to view an audit trail / event history of bookings / cancellations by either the organiser or participant.
Are these currently possible in GTT registration processes?
