Send chat to user when is finished the support.

Hi.

I integrate LMIR with my site: I make a form where users insert their names and e-mail address, and after they can use LMIR's service.

My question is: it's possible to send automatically a mail (to the user e-mail address) when communication/chat is terminated/ended/stopped?

Hi.

After that I posted the message and readed all the documentation, I create a script that:

Save the support data into a database;
Save the log chat into a file *.txt with a special name;
Send the log chat to the E-Mail customer.

you can do this pretty easily, just do the end session options url and send it to a script that will automatically take the chat info sent to your site and email it to your client. I developed a fully integrated options for logmein that does the billing automatically. so if you have any questions let me know.
