How can I customize technician's session evaluation?
I don't want to have the values "Resolved"/"Unresolved", but I want to have "Option 1"/"Option 2"/"etc.". It's possible?

I don't want to customize the customer survey, I want to customize the form that are displayed into che technician console, when a support it's finished.
Usually/Now the technician console pop up a form with shown the options "Resolved"/"Unresolved".
