I have set customized icon & banner files. Every time I install the Calling Card, the desktop icon is blank - just shows the shortcut arrow. I've tried rebuilding the installer - no go. (By the way, how do you remove old installers from the Channel Configuration menu?)
Emailed support about this quite some time ago & got only an "RTFM" message in reply. Disappointing.
