Pushing LogMeIn Rescue from BES to Blackberry Bold 9000 problems

I seem to be having trouble configuring LogMeIn Rescue and pushing the app to Blackberry Bold 9000 devices.

I have done the following:

1.) Set up the application as per the instructions given in the Getting Started Guide. (using version 5.2.038)

2.) Pushed the software configuration out to the devices

3.) Changed all my permissions to Allow on the device (although some permissions have different names from what I can is in the KB article)

The application is successfully installed but when I try to run it I get

"LogMeIn Rescue failed to get the required permissions. Applet exists now."

I've tried rebooting the device and played around with various permissions on the server and on the device with no luck. I'm fairly new to BES application deployment so maybe there is something I'm missing?

I have the same issue on an 8800 (software 4.5.0.81) when downlaoding directly to the device. The device is on BES however.

I am having the same issue with the blackberry Curve 8330.

Set the application permissions in the bes and had the app pushed out, all permissions are correct however I still recieve the error "LogMeIn Rescue failed to get the required permissions. Applet exists now"

The app will not run and gives the same error if it is pushed from the BES and if it is downloaded OTA.

Has anyone had any success trying to resolve this?

Incidentally I should point out that if you download the application directly from the device instead of pushing it through BES it works fine.
