Tech Console for iPhone and/or Mac

Just purchased Ignition for iPhone and loving it. I know there may not be enough Rescue user that will benefit from a tech console for iPhone to justify the cost to develop such app but it will be a great feature for those who need to perform troubleshooting task when we're out on the road.

Also, is there any plan to make tech console for Mac?

I'm in complete agreement, the tech console for iPhone / iPad and Android devices would be an enormous benefit for mobility.

Certainly could have used this last night on the train home.

Edit, just noticed i've inadvertantly raised an old post from the dead, as there is no tech console many years later, I'm guessing it's not going to happen, such a shame.

Logmein Rescue Instant chat for iPhone might be handy for when your out and customers connect via calling card. With push alerts.
