I wanted to test the mobile function of LogMeIn for our business but i get into some problem im not able to solve myself. I can find solutions from the internet regarding my problem.
I hope you can help me with this.
This is what i do and what happens:
When i send to my BlackBerry a SMS with LogMeIn i can download the software and eventually start the program. I set it to allow everything what it might need.
When the program starts i have to put in the digital code once i did this its trying to connect.
After a short while i get the message thats its not able to conneect with the following details:

I have tried to edit the TCP settings i found in another topic in this forum.
There was a normal user settings and office settings and i tried them both.
To be sure the provided key was not expired i send another sms to my mobilefone.
But sadly i get the same message.
I am using the BlackBerry 8310 Smartphone (EDGE)
V 4.5.0.55 (platform 2.7.0.68)
