Firefox Extension not responding, Chrome extension very slow

I am an enterprise customer and I am getting tired of the abysmal quality of your product.

Moreover you don't even have a support portal, only this lame excuse in the form of a forum.

There are free and open source products that have better support than your expensive enterprise product!

I have recorded gifs of the issues, to help you out, but hey, no way to post any attachments here.

So this is it.

The firefox extension stopped working, even after reinstalling it (that should not be part of your first and only troubleshooting answer by the way).

The chrome extension takes 6 seconds to open on a powerful computer.

That's 100% not true. Why aren't you utilizing the direct phone support that you're paying for?
