Hi,
I think you should add support packages for Apple's iphone and mabey Google's Android platform?!?
Everybody I knowis using an iphone now...
Abolsultely agree - most of our customers either have or are planning to get iPhones and the users are going to need support. Android I'm not so sure about, still haven't even *seen* an Android device let alone been asked to support one. Guess it's still early days.
But please please please develop an iPhone support interface for Rescue - would be really useful (and would probably persuade us to buy a Rescue+Mobile license extension)
Cheers.
George
Thank you very much for the feedback. We appreciate it.

I must admit that although i'm realy not a fan of the iPhone, you really should of already done this and really missing out.
You would of made more profit and got more users by creating this product first instead of creating the other app so you can controll a PC via an iPhone!!
I third the motion for supporting iPhone as a number of our customers are getting them, including our own technicians. While I know this would be more complex trying to mimic remote use of some of the touch controls, including multitouch, but still just some basic remote functions would be helpful.
Support for the iPhone is really necessary now. Even at our organization, which is picky about devices, we've accepted the iPhone into our lifecycle.
Android I am indifferent about - I don't know anyone that has an Android device.
