ERROR: No private key. Cannot decrypt Pending Shares.

My client just sent 3 invitations to me to share her passwords. When I try to accept them, I get this message: "ERROR: No private key. Cannot decrypt Pending Shares."
Please help me to solve that.

I ran into the same issue and logged into my Vault in Incognito Mode in Google Chrome. It then didn't give me an error when I went to shared passwords and I saved it and then went back to my normal tab and the information was there. Hope this helps!

I, too, am having the same problem. I have searched everywhere and tried everything in the suggested link here. Just wondering if anyone has found a resolve. I submitted a ticket but need to get to my client's request asap.

As Enterprise customers, there should be a phone number to call in the support section of your admin console.
