Where is the support E-Mail gone?

I can not find the support emailadress on the gtt website anymore.

I used to send my support requests to the mailadress, because I never reached anyone via phone (Germany) and via email I am able to send logs and a detailed report.

@Logmein: Can I still send my support cases via email and to which adress?

@TReichert I'm sorry we don't have a direct email address for support currently.  Please try calling into the German support line during business hours Monday through Friday, and let us know if you do not reach an agent, what your experience was with the phone line.
