What does "the same GoToWebinar account as the organizer" mean in this Co-organizer (part of the staff)?
@KyokoM It is not just enough to be a GoToWebinar account member if you need a assistance managing your webinar schedule, as there are security restrictions in place to limit access to your account info.
External Co-Organizers who are either non-account holders or not a part of your specific account will only be able to join the live broadcast while it is in session, and cannot access the webinar schedule or reporting features.
