Report - Able to see Installed Applications

Question

Hello community,

There is way to extract Installed Applications per laptop/desktop, do you know how to make it ?

Rather than going machine per machine to see the information "Performance Info" --> Installed Applications.

I tried to extract all information from a laptop, but I do not have Installed Application column.
