My company has been using LMI for quite some time and there is an issue that happens occasionally on user's PC. During remote session, the user's keyboard will be in a permanent num lock whereby some of the alpha keys will be converted into numbers. This occurs during and even after exiting the LMI session. This can only be resolved by restarting the user's PC and sometimes multiple reboots are required. Is there any workaround to solve or avoid this from happening without having to restart PC?

This is an issue we are looking into.
In the Options menu while in Remote Control, you should have a Keyboard setting on the left side. Set this to Client.

@Jacky_Chen Do you know how often this occurs, on which operating systems / devices, and what Rescue application version is being installed there?
