Audio problems in Youtube videos uploaded to materials

Hello,

I have created a session with some links of Youtube videos uploaded previously to materials.

Unfortunately, when I played video during the sessions, all participants could see my screen shared with the video, but no audio. How can I activate audio for all attendees?

Hello Javier,

It's important to note that for now (may change soon in the future) video audio is only shared through computer speakers (not telephone): https://support.goto.com/training/help/share-a-video-image-or-pdf-activities-g2t090033
