Unable to cancel automatic renewal for LastPass Premium

Hi,

I purchased LastPass Premium yesterday (on my laptop, not iOS/Android) and now I would like to cancel automatic renewal for the subscription.

I followed these instructions: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-cancel-automatic-renewal-for-lastpass-premium-lp010116

However, when I go to my settings, there is no "cancel" option under "Premium Status". All I can see there is the end date of my premium subscription. The screenshot in the support article tells me otherwise.

What is this all about? How do I cancel automatic renewal?

There is an issue right now with submitting support tickets that have an apostrophe included in the text. We are working to release a hotfix for this, but you should be able to resubmit your support ticket now if you remove any apostrophes from the text.

Hi there,

I know this is an old thread, but I've been unable to cancel my automatic renewal because it says the payment method is PayPal. However, this is incorrect as the last few payments have been made by credit card & when I check PayPal, Lastpass payment is already inactive!
I now want to cancel my premium membership which has just renewed, how do I do this & get a refund. I've tried submitting a ticket, but it just keeps saying there is an error & to try again or call support.

same here, cannot refund even cancel and no email to the support team
