I downloaded the client software for an attendee, but they were unable to join a webinar that was being hosted on the GoToWebinar platform. This is within a secondary school that uses content filtering, however, the IT manager has informed me that the domain that GoTo Webinar uses is not being blocked.
I have carried out a test session as shown below, and I get a nice big green tick, but when teachers click on "join meeting" they are unable to join.
Please can someone offer some advice as to whether this is due to the content filtering or the Local Authority Firewall?
