Customer Survey

I noticed that we can push the customer survey while in session with the customer. However, when the client window is closed, it does not seem to open the window automatically anymore.

Is this going to be the case in the final product? I would prefer that it could be set to open automatically as well since there will be cases where techs forget to manuall send it.

Another survey related feature would be able to choose who you sent the survey too. I'm sure there would be nothing more annoying than getting the same sessions 3 times in a row if you had 3 sessions in 1 day.
